Delivery & Carrier ResponsibilityExclusive Golf Co. is responsible for preparing and dispatching your order.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery operations become the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or experiences a verified carrier issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will review the case directly with the carrier.
Approved resolutions may include replacement, claim support, or store credit at our discretion.
Delivered items are not eligible for refunds.
